Founded in 1974, TECHNOMAR once was a pure ship repair company.

The services extended to assembly work in ports and shipyards in Germany and abroad as well as the repair of pumps, winches, valves and machine and gear parts of all kinds in the workshop in Ladestrasse, Bremen-Hohentorshafen.

Over the years, the need for in-house production capacity grew, so that a new factory site in Bremen-Woltmershausen was opened up in the early 1990s.

Under new management and the union with H.SCHROEDER GmbH and BST Bremer-System-Technik GmbH at the beginning of the 2000s, the service portfolio was steadily expanded..

In addition to classic contract manufacturing, TECHNOMAR has now established itself as a reliable supplier for special systems, fixture construction and special crane construction for well-known customers in the aerospace, armaments, port management, shipping and offshore sectors.
